“Gave 100% hike to everyone in the Pepul family ( Pepulers Team ) who worked hard towards the vision. The 100% hike was done just before the first fundraise. This was a surprise to all. Everyone had happy tears to see the new salaries in the account,” Suresh Kumar G mentioned in his post.
“Salary hikes of all Pepul team were done many times before even they asked for. Money should be given before the sweat dries out,” He added.
In one of the replies to the audience’s comment on the same post, he clarifies that his employees have homemade meals three times for the last 7 years!
