Born in 1988, Himanshu Laul was brought up in Delhi, India’s capital city. After his school education at Summer Fields School, Delhi, he embarked on one of the most significant phases of pursuing his graduation in architecture (BArch) at the renowned Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Roorkee. IIT’s rigorous architecture curriculum, together with exposure to the finest faculties, fueled his creative thinking and laid the foundation for a remarkable career.

But as fate dictated a different script, the duo’s ambitious plan was temporarily shelved and didn’t take off; instead, Himanshu joined the company’s head office in Dubai as the director of business during the zenith of the COVID-19 spread in March 2020. By this time, the company had closed for an unspecified period in adherence to government rules. However, it was when he brought his blend of creative vision, professional qualifications, unmatched business acumen, and lessons from running past businesses to the forefront, thus becoming largely inevitable in steering the company forward in this period of adversity and uncertainty.
