The story is about a self-made millionaire, Rajveer Yadav, Founder & CEO of Yadav Investments Private Limited.
He has been doing exceptional work in the affordable housing segment, for the past 5 years apart from investment management and consultation. Not only this, in our conversation with Mr. Yadav he shared with us that he is trying to make financing properties way easier for the middle and lower-income groups of the society. They have revolutionized this sector which is helping both his clients and his investors, maybe this is the reason he is so loved in his city.
With all these methods, they have been clearly successful in gaining people’s trust, which has put them in the league of most trusted developers in the city.
Rajveer himself comes from a humble background, and probably this is the reason he understands the importance of owning a house. He was born in a small village near Chhapra in Bihar. His father, who is also his idol, was a farmer, and so was his father and their forefathers. His father migrated to Siliguri, West Bengal in search of a job when farming was not enough to make the ends meet for his family.
He lost his father to cancer when he was just six years old, and so began his journey. Just after his father’s demise, he started working and did all kinds of odd jobs to put food on the table.
His very first venture at the age of 6 was buying kerosene oil from a local PDS (Public Distribution System), and selling it off for a profit of ₹2/litre. His eyes lit up when he shared the story with us.
After years of struggle and successfully selling multiple startups, he founded Yadav Investments in 2020, he is currently managing the company and is tirelessly working to set up organic farms across the state.
He now plans to make organic food affordable, as pesticides and fertilizers are the primary reason for cancer, and this probably is his way of paying homage to his father. He donates most of his earnings to charity and could be easily seen doing community service across the city.
His story is inspiring, but he says that anybody can do what he has done so far and he has no plans to stop anytime soon. This 22-year-old entrepreneur is making a difference also by teaching others about building startups and personal finance and is quite popular on Instagram (@the_rajveeryadav) too. He is an avid reader and regularly hits the gym.
We wish him luck for his future projects and hope to hear from him soon.
